Wanna write a poem about your favourite piece of contemporary art?

 

Ekphrastic poems eloquently absorb the reader through the inventive and descriptive writing of a visual work of art.

 

The selected poem will be our new exhibition at S.T.A.G

How to apply

 

This space is small so the word count is limited to 80 words or 10 lines please

We love contemporary art so in your application please add a link or copy of the artwork you have written about, with name of artist/title/year. A version of the artwork will be exhibited alongside the poem.

Hampshire Poet Laureate Damian Kelly-Basher will select the final poem.
